Important Compatibility Notes

  • If your motor uses an 8-spline drive shaft, select the stub shaft version and purchase the upper driveshaft from an authorized Mercury dealer.

  • The SEI 216 gear case is supplied with the correct water tube coupling for SN OG438000 and higher. For earlier serials, use your old coupling or order part #96-116-12K.
