Incredible one-hand stow mechanism
The One-Hand Stow feature on the Traxxis is a massive upgrade over my old transom motor. Pulling it up and out of the water is effortless, just pull up and forward. The 55lb thrust moves my 14-foot aluminum boat beautifully across the lake without any struggle.
Super comfortable steering
I love the tilt and extend tiller handle. Being able to angle it up 45 degrees and extend it out means I don't have to hunch over while trolling all day. The Quick-Cam depth adjuster also makes changing depths in shallow coves incredibly fast and simple.

I put the 70lb thrust 24V Traxxis on the back of my boat, and the power is phenomenal. The Weedless Wedge 2 prop chops right through thick lily pads and milfoil without any hesitation or bogging down the battery. It's an outstanding freshwater transom motor.
Quiet, powerful, and easy to adjust
This is easily the best transom-mount motor Minn Kota makes. It is dead quiet underwater so it doesn't spook the bass in shallow water. The steering tension collar is a great addition, letting me set the steering friction exactly how I like it. Setup was a breeze.
