Star brite Mildew Stain Blocker with Nano Tech Barrier is intended for preventive surface care after compatible stain cleaning. Mariners Warehouse SKU 113162, manufacturer code 86622, supplies one 22 oz spray-on stain blocker.
The product forms a barrier intended to help resist mold/mildew staining on new or properly cleaned material. Prevention of visible staining is not a universal organism-kill, disinfection or permanent-remediation claim. Manufacturer examples include fiberglass, vinyl, plastic, rubber, fabric and painted surfaces. The Professional Grade listing also names concrete, carpeting, rugs, stainless steel, tile and sealed stone; do not assume every additional professional-listing material applies to 86622. Test colorfastness and confirm the exact finish and care requirements.
The listed purchase supplies one 22 oz spray-on stain blocker. Separate accessories, treatment chemicals, applicators and larger package variants are not confirmed included. Match the exact care task and package before comparing related products or planning your order.
Remove existing mildew stains first with a compatible cleaner and complete that cleaner’s required rinsing/preparation. Test an inconspicuous area for colorfastness; discontinue if an adverse effect occurs. Spray the blocker onto permitted material, wipe up overspray and allow to air-dry. Current manufacturer guidance calls for monthly reapplication. Follow the actual label for conditions and return to use; this is not a cleaner’s rinse-off step.
