SEM 29392 1K Seam Sealer 10.1 oz Black, MPN 29392 and Mariners Warehouse SKU 109290, supplies single-component sealing of supported interior and exterior seams, joints and voids. Seal documented compatible seams with black SEM 1K in a 10.1 oz cartridge. Check the actual metal or primed/painted surface, preparation and separate paint/cure timing before applying.
This black 1K formula remains flexible and supports documented direct-to-metal seam work after the specified cleaning and abrasion. SEM describes immediate paintability with most solvent-based coatings under its conditions, which is separate from waterborne paint timing and through-cure. Color changes the supplied finish; it does not create a different preparation or cure schedule. A seam-sealer listing does not establish structural panel bonding, universal roof-membrane compatibility or every RV repair application.
Bring the metal/substrate to 70°F / 21°C for one hour before application under the exact TDS. Clean with the documented SEM Solve or XXX Universal Surface Cleaner procedure. Prepare bare metal with P180 or the specified red scuff-pad procedure for properly primed/painted surfaces, then remove dust, reclean and tack as directed. Use a compatible standard caulking gun or the documented 1K pneumatic applicator with the correct tip. Do not apply directly over acid-based self-etching primers or apply those primers directly over this sealer; SEM warns of cracking or blistering. At 70°F / 21°C: working time 5–10 minutes; set time 20–30 minutes; most solvent-based paint window 0–24 hours; waterborne paint after 1 hour. Cure reference: 4 mm per 24 hours. Actual conditions and bead thickness affect results. Tool or finish the seam under the exact instructions and verify continuity before the following coating. Follow the actual label/SDS.

Application Guides
Check 29392 by its actual lubricant, cleaner, adhesive-removal or seam-sealer role. Confirm substrate, coating, product formula, preparation, application and package contents before choosing.
Use the documented flexible sealer for supported interior/exterior joints. Structural bonding and roof-membrane repairs require their own specified products.
Properly prepared primed/painted surfaces, bare steel and aluminum under the exact 1K TDS.
Black / 10.1 oz / single-component 1K. Other 1K colors are separate cartridges; match the desired finish after checking surface requirements.
Clean with the documented SEM Solve or XXX Universal Surface Cleaner procedure. Prepare bare metal with P180 or the specified red scuff-pad procedure for properly primed/painted surfaces, then remove dust, reclean and tack as directed. Do not use directly over acid-based self-etching primers or vice versa.

One black 10.1 oz SEM 29392 cartridge. Dispensing gun, any spray applicator, nozzles, brushes and preparation supplies are separate unless confirmed in the stocked package. This is one retail cartridge, not a 12-cartridge case.
SEM 29362 is white, 29372 gray, 29382 beige and 29392 black; each is a separately sold 10.1-ounce 1K seam-sealer cartridge. This listing supplies black under MPN 29392. These color options share the 1K preparation and timing instructions.
Choose the color after matching the substrate, coating system and intended seam. A color change does not change the acid-based self-etch-primer restriction or make paint-ready timing equivalent to full cure. The separate 2-IN-1 family has its own size, method and TDS. Review the SEM 29382 1K Seam Sealer 10.1 oz Beige as a separately sold option.
Choose by the actual repair function, substrate, profile and application instructions, then compare exact package contents.
Compare replacement seals, edge trim and repair products by their own documented role, dimensions and installation requirements.
Review cleaning products for a separate surface-care task. Check the exact material and label; category placement does not establish adhesive-preparation compatibility.
Return to the parent collection for another maintenance or replacement task. Check every item’s own requirements.
