Hull Shield HD1 Ultrasonic Antifouling – Single Transducer System

Hull Shield HD1 Ultrasonic Antifouling System is a compact 12VDC single-transducer system for continuous protection of a compatible hull area or one isolated running-gear component. Hull Shield states that one transducer can protect approximately 200 ft² of suitable underwater hull surface or provide dedicated protection for one isolated component.

The package includes an HD1 controller with integrated power cable and 5 feet of signal cable, one submersible ultrasonic transducer with 15 feet of cable, an epoxy kit and printed installation/operation manual. Protection depends on correct transducer placement, direct acoustic coupling to a suitable surface, continuous power and use with a soft ablative bottom-paint system where specified.
