    The Flojet VersiJet, MPN Q40FF-118S-2P, is a 115 V AC diaphragm pump for transfer, spraying, cooling, circulation, filtration and dispensing. It delivers 4 GPM (15 LPM) at open flow, and its pressure switch shuts it off at 60 PSI. It is a mains-powered pump, not a 12 V RV fresh-water pump.

    The pump draws up to 1.3 A at 60 PSI on 104–126 V AC. It self-primes up to 8 ft of dry lift, can run dry and has an internal bypass. Fluid temperature is rated 32–140 °F, and the maximum inlet pressure is 30 PSI. Ports are two 3/4 in straight hose barbs with tool-free quick connects.

    The upper housing is glass-filled polypropylene and the lower housing cast aluminum, with a Santoprene diaphragm, EPDM valves and seals and stainless fasteners. It is IPX6 rated and UR listed, and our store listing says it replaces Flojet 04300042A and 04300043A. Duty is intermittent. Flojet does not list approved fluids in the sources we checked, so confirm chemical compatibility with us.

      This pump transfers or sprays liquid on 115 V AC. It is not a 12 V RV pump.

      Mount it horizontally, or vertically with the pump head down, on a solid base.

    3. Confirm the Interface

      Ports are 3/4 in hose barbs with quick connects. Leads are 14 in, 18 AWG.

    4. Measure Fit and Clearance

      It measures 11.25 × 5.47 × 5.07 in and weighs 5.2 lb.

    5. Review Documented Use Limits

      Max 60 PSI, 30 PSI inlet, 32–140 °F fluid, intermittent duty.

    An AC diaphragm pump runs from mains power and suits workshop transfer, spraying and dispensing jobs. A 12 V water pump runs from an RV or boat battery and supplies the onboard fresh-water system.

    Choose the VersiJet only where 115 V AC power is available and the fluid suits its materials. For an RV's fresh-water system, use a 12 V pump made for potable water.
