Collinite 476s Super DoubleCoat Auto Paste Wax combines carnauba and polymers in a protective hard-paste format. Mariners Warehouse SKU 97829 supplies one 9 oz container. This listing is a single container, with the separate 9 oz and 18 oz sizes available for different supply and storage needs.

The manufacturer positions 476s for durable gloss and weather protection on suitable prepared automotive finishes. It does not perform the same role as a compound or polish that corrects defects. Check actual paint and coating requirements, and keep wax away from unsuitable matte, porous or textured materials.

Begin with clean, smooth paint that is cool to lukewarm and out of direct sunlight. Current manufacturer FAQ guidance specifies a very thin, even coat on roughly 2 × 2 feet, followed by removal once a haze forms. Excess product or leaving it on too long can make removal harder without adding protection. Follow the actual container and use suitable separate application and removal tools.

Plan Your Collinite 476s Super DoubleCoat Auto Paste Wax Use

Match the exact product, application and delivered directions before starting.

    1. Confirm 476s and Container Size

Match one 9 oz paste container.

    2. Prepare the Finish

Clean and correct defects separately where needed.

    3. Test an Approved Area

      Check coating and material exclusions.

    4. Spread a Thin Small-Area Coat

Manufacturer reference is about 2 × 2 feet.

    5. Remove Once Hazy

Typically 1–3 minutes; actual haze and label govern.

    6. Maintain the Protected Finish

No fixed cure, guaranteed lifespan or automatic second coat is supplied.

Collinite 476s Super DoubleCoat Auto Paste Wax Selection

The 9 oz and 18 oz listings are separate single-container sizes of 476s. Select the quantity by planned use, current unit price and storage space; the larger container does not change the formula or extend the life of one coat.

Both sizes require suitable prepared paint and the same exact 476s working method. Apply thinly to manageable sections and remove when hazy under the delivered directions. DoubleCoat is a product name, so use the label to decide whether any additional coat is appropriate. Review the Collinite 476s Super DoubleCoat Auto Paste Wax - 18oz MPN - 476S-18OZ as a separately sold option.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    What does SKU 97829 include?
One 9 oz container. The manufacturer/pack code is 476S-9OZ.
    Is this a cleaner-wax?
No. 476s is a protective hard paste, not a defect-correction product.
Does DoubleCoat mean two coats are mandatory?
No mandatory two-coat procedure is inferred from the name; follow the actual container.
How large an area is described?
Manufacturer FAQ describes about 2 × 2 feet with a thin layer.
    When should 476s be removed?
Current manufacturer FAQ says to allow a haze before removal. Apply a very thin coat to one small section and follow the exact container; do not impose a fixed timer.
Does the larger size protect longer per coat?
No. Purchase volume does not change formula performance or the life of one application.
    Are tools included?
No separate applicator, machine or removal towel is confirmed included. Select compatible tools under the exact product instructions.
How can I confirm the right selection?
Contact Mariners Warehouse with SKU 97829, code 476S-9OZ, your actual material or equipment and the intended task.
