BEP Contour Matrix Gas Detector w/Control
Contour Matrix Gas Detector with Control
The Contour Matrix Gas Detectors are the product of continuing research and development which BEP Marine Ltd devotes to their product range. The BEP Detectors use microprocessor control to ensure correct sensor sensitivity. The Detectors have the capability to control two sensors that detect both LPG and Petrol, with visual and audible alarms. There is a test switch to check the operation of sensors with indicators for fault detection. 600-GDL Gas Detector has the same features as the 600-GD, with the additional ability to switch a valve on and off. The 600-GDL has a "pulse and hold" feature which allows the solenoid valve to be opened, using full power, and then reducing power to hold the valve in the open position. This reduces power consumption and heat generated whilst the valve is in the on position.
Features:
- Operating Voltage 10 to 32 Volts DC
- Self-testing capability
- Microprocessor control
- Provision for external alarm
- Automatic shut-off solenoid control with pulse and hold circuit for low power draw (600-GDL only)
- Provision for bilge blower
- Dual sensor capability
- For remote alarm operation use part no. 54-27C4

Fireboy-Xintex CO Alarm 12/24V DC – Black
CO Alarm 12/24V DC - Black
A Carbon Monoxide (CO) detector should be installed in each accommodation space. Small crafts or RV's with an open design may require only one (1) detector for adequate protection. If two (2) or more sleeping areas or spaces are partitioned, then one (1) detector should be installed in each of the spaces.
The Fireboy-Xintex CMD6-M Series CO alarm uses a sensor operating with a microprocessor to measure Carbon Monoxide (CO) levels. Using a “Time Weighted Average” (TWA) process, it monitors CO concentration, temperature and time to calculate levels of Carboxyhemoglobin (COHb). COHb is the degree to which the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood is impeded by the union of carbon monoxide to the hemoglobin and as expressed as a percentage. The human body absorbs CO easier than oxygen and COHb is the ratio absorbed carbon monoxide to oxygen in bloodstream.
The CMD6-M alarm calculates the COHb as function of time and determines the appropriate alarm response.
*Long sensor life – approximately 7 year end-of-life (EOL)
